Preparing for your visit to One 82 Consulting

Supportive safety measures:

Mask Wearing:
Masks are recommended in health care settings for individuals 12 years old and over.



Social Distancing:
Please ensure proper social distancing (1.5 metres apart) throughout the One 82 building.
Please consider using other options while waiting for your appointment time (e.g., waiting in your car or near the clinic).

Hand Sanitising:
We ask that all visitors use our provided hand sanitiser on entering and leaving One 82.
Sickness and Close Contacts:

If you are a close contact, you cannot physically attend therapy at One 82 for 7 days from your Covid exposure date.

One 82 has a strict sickness policy. Anyone who is sick or has associated with someone who is sick and is unsure if they have been a close contact is asked to change their face-to-face session to telehealth.

While One 82 Consulting takes all reasonable steps towards supportive practices such as disinfecting, promoting hygiene, social distancing, vaccination for workers and wearing masks, it is important for you to understand that you may be exposed to COVID-19 as a result of attending our premises. Please consider alternate options (such as telehealth) if this is a concern to you.
