1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about our psychology services and related resources. The content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. No Therapeutic Relationship
Use of the Site does not create a client–therapist relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established through formal assessment and treatment arrangements with the individual therapists who lease rooms at One82 Consulting.
5. Privacy

Our website is hosted and managed through Wix. Wix is a website building and hosting platform. When you complete an online form or contact us via the Site, the information is transmitted securely using SSL encryption and stored on Wix’s secure servers. While we take reasonable steps to protect the information transmitted via the Site, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
At One82 Consulting, consulting rooms are leased to independent therapists who operate their own private practices. Each therapist is responsible for the collection, storage, and security of client information relevant to their own practice, including maintaining compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Personal information (such as names, addresses and appointment bookings) will be recorded within the therapist’s practice management system. These systems are independently managed by each therapist, and One82 Consulting does not control or retain responsibility for the privacy and security arrangements of those systems.

While we aim to provide accurate and current information, we make no guarantees that the Site’s content is complete, reliable, or up to date. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.
